After nearly 20 years in the busy corporate world, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I finally asked myself what I actually wanted my days to look like.
The answer was simple: spending more time with my family, enjoying the little things, and a life that felt like mine again. So I made the leap — I walked away from the corporate grind to build something from scratch, centered around the things I truly love: charcuterie boards and exceptional coffee.
Around the same time, I adopted Jerry, aka Jezza, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy with a cleft lip. Watching him settle in, thrive, and prove that a rocky start doesn't define your future gave me the final push I needed for my own fresh start.
Jerry is now our unofficial mascot — proof that the best things don't always come in a "perfect" package, and that starting again, at any stage, is worth it.
